The first issue of Poker Player Newspaper was printed on November 15, 1982. Ironically, the first printing 25 years ago was 25,000 copies, a paper dedicated to pure poker. The success of Poker Player Newspaper was ground breaking and has birthed and shaped all poker publications that came after. It’s fascinating to read.

The writers include: Doyle Brunson, Stu Jacobs, Bobby Baldwin, Tex Sheahan, Rex Jones, Michael Wiesenberg, Mike Caro and David Sklansky and many more. There’s a plethora of advice from legendary players and writers; very educational, entertaining and exciting to read.
